Long time customer, before present owners and my experience with them has always been nothing but positive. I have had a Mazda, a statesman, and now have a subaru. Not only have I found Steve and Luke to be reasonable in the charges, Susanne in the office is always friendly and helpful.My question is, why would you even think about going elsewhere when we have such a good local service. Running a business of my own means being without a vehicle is downtime and having an honest and very reliable mechanical workshop means I get back to my own work on time and within budget. I would not recommend them highly enough and they are very reasonably priced compared to anywhere else

I was given a quote it doubled without any call !!! Luke the mechanic is more than willing to spend you're cash without you're knowledge. Intentionally or not I was not informed of prices only work needed ( treated like a mushroom). The office lost our worksheet so imagine the shock at twice the cost!!! Many people can dispute work on cars and sometimes the mechanic knows more . When it comes down to business professionalism and requests not met this is where this shop falls SHORT. 1/10 for satisfaction, professionalism keeping you in the know!!!!
