On recommendation from a friend we decided to replace our matress and purchased a matress from The Matress Factory . Their knowledge , and product range answered every question we had . My wife has complained about the last 3 mattresses we have had . We even added a Sheridan pillow top to the last one which still didnt work . Our purchase from the matress factory was the best decision we have ever made in regards to a matress . We have never slept so well. I even ordered a pillow top for my caravan matress ..A great company , fantastic service .. a very well run family business ..
About four years ago we bought a new mattress from another company and we were hoodwinked by a smart salesman, the mattress turned out to be a complete lemon. We were aprehensive but we new we had to buy another one. After doing quite a bit of research we decided to go up to The Mattress Company at Yandina. From the moment we entered their shop we were impressed by their display in their showroom. The salesman was very understanding and explained all the differences in their mattresses. After trying several mattresses out we decided on Queens Posture Deluxe Firm Mattresss with Pocket Springs and a 850gm Wollen Overlay.We now have had the mattress for four days and we are over the moon with how good the mattresses is.THE MAIN COMENTS I WANT TO MAKE IS THAT THE STAFF THERE WERE SO EASY TO COMMUNICATE WITH AND GUIDED US INTO SELECTING THE RIGHT MATTRESS TO SUIT US. THERE WAS NO PRESSURE ONLY VERY GOOD ADVICE. WE HAVE NO RESERVATIONS IN RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WANTING TO BUY A NEW MATRESS. Bert & Margo Landsborough Queensland
Service was great and mattresses were very comfy. They had very fair prices and had good customization options. All quality materials and very breathable no matter what you choose. Very reasonable prices and a wide range of prices depending on what you buy. 3 months later and still equally as comfy and doing great.
I am a mum with 2 children. We are now buying our 5th mattress. Fantastic service. Great mattresses. They last 10 years no issues.
